BRICKWORK TREATMENTS.
MGP 22 Descaler for removing concrete residues and saltpetre from brickwork, grès and klinker.Yield: 1 litre for about 4 - 5 sqm.
Instructions: normal cleaning: dilute 1 litre MGP 22 in 4-5 litre of water; pour the obtained solution directly on the surface to be cleaned, wait 5-10 minutes, then wipe with a cleaning machine fitted with scotch-brite felt or a tynex brush in case of coarse or rough surface. Remove any dirt with a wet-vacuum and rinse with water. In case of slight dirt, dilute 1 litre of MGP 22 in 8-10 litre of water. This treatment allows to remove slight whitish halos of saltpetre and building residues. Being a product with acid base, it gives off vapours that, in closed environments, may result in corrosion of metal or alloy decorations. Therefore, it is advisable to cover suitably before use.
MGT 40 Oil-proofing impregnator for exterior and interior brickwork surfaces. Full-absorption stain-proofing product. Prevents the absorption of oil or grease. It does not leave translucent residues on the surfaces..Yield: 1 litre for about 4 - 6 sqm.
Instructions: with a cloth apply MGT 40 directly on the brickwork surface with circular motions. Allow to dry for 5-6 hours, then apply a second coat of MGT 40. When no finishing product i.e MGT 60 - is used, a further coat could be required. On rough brickwork surfaces, spray the product with a gun.

MGT 50 Solvent-free full-absorption, oil-proofing shield for brickwork. Especially recommended for interiors and external portico. Being a water-based product, it allows the treatment of brickwork even under humudity conditions. It assures a definitive treatment even to wet brickwork. It is not a finishing product, but only a priming filler to be applied before using the finishing wax MGT 60.Yield: 1 litre for about 6 - 8 sqm.
Instructions: directly apply MGT 50 on the brickwork surface and evenly spread with a cloth or by spray-gun. Allow to dry for some hours according to the room temperature, then apply 1 or 2 coats of MGT 60 with a cloth or by spray-gun. This additional coat of MGT 60 finishing wax assures the maintenance cleaning and a greater protection to your floor.
MGT 60 Glazed finishing treatment for brickwork surfaces. Covers brickwork porosity, makes its cleaning easier and gives a beautiful glazing effect. Suitable for all brickwork types. Protects against stains and dirt..Yield: 1 litre for about 10 - 15 sqm.
Instructions: polished surfaces: apply MGT 60 with a cloth. Rough surfaces: spray 1 or 2 coats of MGT 60 using a low-pressure gun. Since MGT 60 is a finishing product, use it after applying a full-absorption water-based coloured or neutral filler like MGT 50 or a solvent-based filler like MGT 40.
MGR COTTO Brickwork maintaining wax. Maintenance product for surfaces previously treated with glazing-finishing products like MGT 60. The product restores the treatment especially in those areas that, due to high traffic, are subject to superficial wear.Yield: 1 litre for about 20 - 25 sqm.
Instructions: pour a small amount of MGR COTTO directly onto surface and evenly apply with a cloth. Allow to dry for about 1 hour before walking on it.
OLD COTTO Wet-effect treatment for brightening up the natural colour of brickwork surfaces. Protects against dirt and offers a good water-repellence.Yield: 1 litre for about 8 - 10 sqm.
Instructions: using a cloth evenly apply OLD COTTO on clean and dry surfaces with circular motions. Apply 1 coat. Allow the surface to dry for 3-4 hours and wait 1 day before walking on it. To prevent residues of product from forming on poorly absorbing surfaces, rub the surface with a dry cloth after application. For rough surfaces, apply OLD COTTO by spray-gun. For a sateenn finish and an easy maintenance, apply 1 or 2 coats of MGT 60 according to the desired effect.
MGP 24 Safe, efficient universal cleaner with pleasant fragrance. Recommended for ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of treated and waxed surfaces of marble, polished granite, ceramic and natural stone. Yield: 1 litre for about 100 sqm.
Instructions: ordinary cleaning: use 1 litre every 30 litres of water. Thorough cleaning: use 1 litre every 10 litres of water. Apply the product, diluted as required, with a floor-mop and rub until the surface is cleaned. Allow to dry before walking on it.
MGP 26 - Universal dewaxer for removing polishing wax. It removes water-based wax of metal, synthetic and natural type. Ideal for removing old wax from marble, granite, stone, brickwork, floors, etc. Easy-to-use, it does not trouble the treated surfaces.Yield: 1 litre for about 5 - 6 sqm.
Instructions: normal cleaning: dilute 1 part of MGP 26 in 3-4 parts of water. Thorough cleaning: dilute 1 part of MGP 26 in 1 part of water. Apply the suitably diluted product directly and evenly on small areas of the surface to be dewaxed. Wait about 10 minutes, clean using a cleaning machine. Remove the dissolved wax and dirt with a wet-vacuum and rinse with water.
